Paul was brilliant throughout the whole process and was really hard working and informative. After the stove was installed he came back on a Sunday evening brought some wood and talked us through how to use it in the most efficient way. Would definitely recommend PGN to anyone looking to have a wood burning stove fitted. 100% pleased with all work carried out. Thanks Paul.

Paul arrived on time and installed the log burner and chimney liner and it looks very good. The only negative feedback would be that Paul didn't warn us how dirty a job it would be. The room still had everything in it so whilst the dust sheets covered the furniture the shelves and everything on them were covered in dust, along with all the surfaces in the kitchen. Had we been warned we would have cleared the room and prevented us having to spend a good few hours cleaning all the shelves and books etc. So we were rather disappointed by this. The positive feedback is that the arm of the sofa that got covered in soot was cleaned by a carpet cleaner free of charge. I suggested that Paul informs future customers how dirty the room will get so hopefully this won't happen to anyone else.

Paul was very friendly and completed the job in the time frame quoted. He was very knowledgeable and was always happy to advise. The quote for the work was very reasonable and in line with the work that needed doing! The job was completed to a great standard and our new fire looks amazing! I would definitely recommend Paul!
