Alan was great to communicate with, and was happy to come round a couple of times to provide a quote and discuss further when required. As this was our first renovation project, we had lots of questions and queries and Alan was patient and helpful. The team did a really great job, worked hard and again were really easy to communicate with. We uncovered lots of unexpected issues throughout, due to the nature of the old building we live in, and although it was a stressful time, Alan and his team did their very best to ensure that the costs didn't escalate beyond our means, while ensuring that no corners were cut and a high quality of work was achieved. Overall we are really really happy with the end result, and I would highly recommend Paterson Home Improvements.

Alan and his team did a great job replacing our old triple-glazed units with good quality modern double-glazed units. Davy, Norman and Reg were very friendly and professional and respectful of our home, kept everything as tidy as possible and cleaned up afterwards. Not everything went entirely to plan, but Davy and Alan sorted out any problems and kept us informed of status. We are very satisfied with the work carried out, and would be happy to invite Alan to quote for any future work we might consider.

Can't praise Alan Paterson and his team highly enough. We have just had a conservatory built by them and from start to finish they have been first class. The work commenced when we were told it would and was finished on time. Communication throughout was excellent and we are delighted with the work. Our conservatory looks great and was also competitively priced. I would highly recommend this company.

Really great job, the Howdens kitchen looks fantastic

Lovely and easy to deal with guy who kept me informed throughout the process and gave me genuine advice which I appreciated greatly. There was quite a delay in getting round to the job but that was mostly due to matters out of Alan's control, and with them being so busy. I was happy to wait as to me that shows they are in demand and worth it. I was correct in my assumptions and could not have hoped for a smoother, less hassle free job. Would honestly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely get them back for any future jobs that may need doing.

Work completed to a high standard.

Many thanks to Alan and his team for an excellent job from start to finish! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. I'm delighted with the work. I had a new kitchen installed, a new bathroom unit, some hall cupboards refitted and some storage built in my spare bedroom. Alan and his team are professional, trustworthy and easy to work with. It was great that Alan was able to coordinate everything including plumbing, electrics, tiling, joinery and painting. This made the process much less stressful and he kept me informed throughout. Peter and Craig were great because they communicated very well, always checked with me and explained if any changes to the original design were required and were very reliable. I also appreciated their excellent attention to detail and tidiness. The kitchen is beautifully finished. Norman the tiler also did an excellent job, even coming in to finish the work out of hours and on saturday morning. He was so neat and tidy. Overall any minor problems were dealt with swiftly and without fuss. Alan even got a roofer in to fix a few cracked and broken slates on my roof, not part of the original plan. From start to finish Alan and his team were fantastic. Alan came round first to take a look and the job and provided details and suggestions on the best way to proceed. When it came to the actual work his team were very professional, they kept me updated on the progress and the work they done was absolutely second to none. Would highly recommend these guys.
