Good old fashioned personal service. I needed a replacement upvc back door. I was pretty confident about using AP as reviews looked excellent. The service I experienced was pretty much what I hoped for. Alan was always punctual and provided good advice. His quotation was very professional, detailed and competitively priced imho. The fitters turned up on schedule to measure up for the job,seemed very experienced and obviously have worked with Alan for a long time. The only hiccup which was not down to AP was the delay in getting the door manufactured due to supply shortages industry wide. Door fitting was efficient, clean and tidy work. Pleased with the quality of the door and the installation. Overall an excellent service from a small professional company that I would happily use again.

Great workmanship Very professional from the quote to the completion of the job Guys on the job were professional and friendly also very tidy especially at the end of there shift with carpets hoovered throughout There was a scratch on one of our bedroom windows when this pointed out to the boss this was promptly replaced without any quibble Good company Highly recommend

Start to finish...can't recommend Alan and his team highly enough. Turn up when they say, crack on with the job, tidy up after themselves and every single one of them, a pleasure to deal with, so much so we miss having them around! Ours was a massive job and they've been fantastic - we are delighted. Huge thanks to big boss Alan, Jamie and Dean, Adam, Paul, Sabs, Craig, Mark, Dougie, Kevin, Xander and Mike. Alan’s communication from quote through to completion was outstanding, explaining exactly how the work installing our bifolds would be carried out. He arranged our building warrant survey through to issue then cracked on with the work. His team were on time, friendly and competent and got the job done with almost no upheaval. Great price, no hidden costs. Delighted with the finished product…quality product, quality installation!!! Definitely 100% recommend and would use again. Thanks to Alan and his team! The windows were fitted to the time scale that he said it would take with no mess.He did not leave any of the old window frames or rubbish. The job was perfect and have told him that i want the windows at the rear of the property replaced.

Alan and his team have been out to add a new front door and some new wooden windows. The door looks absolutely fantastic. Been a couple of little issues with it settling in but Alan has been right on the case to sort out any niggles. Alan is a genuine good guy with a friendly bunch working for him.

We have recently had Alan to help us did the garage change, and the final work came out very well .Alan is a nice guy , it’s worth to work with him.highly recommend;)

Alan and his team were great. Friendly, efficient, tidied and cleaned up very well each evening when they were finished for the day. They checked with me at each stage to make sure I was happy with the order of work, the progress and finish of the job. Great team and I would definitely recommend
