What can I say. From start to finish the experience with Paul and PASSfm Ltd has been perfect. Paul was prompt in coming out to view the job. The advice was precise and to the point and explained brilliantly for someone that just wants the basics! Work booked in and completed to a great standard. No issues and will happily use again. In fact will probably now use for all future electrical jobs.Thanks Paul (and all the team)

One of the few companies that came out even though the job wasnt big, in the end they carried out an EICR and changed some sockets. They were on time and communicated everything they had to do. Good company will use again.

Price was good but the experience was terrible. An hour's job turned into a 4 hour nightmare. Some wires were touching the cages and tripping the main circuit on 2 plugs because the sockets they put on were deeper than the originals, therefore not leaving much room for the wires. No mention to me of this being an issue an hour into the job! They just continued to change them until the plug downstairs blew when power was turned on! If they had mentioned this on first opening the socket, we could have decided what to do or what not to do and I could have made an informed decision! Instead, it took them hours to find the fault that they themselves created. Kept telling me it was nothing they had done....... and it was my kettle etc etc tripping the mains. One socket completely blew the wire apart due to touching the cage. I did get an apology from the boss in the office via email, but he just blamed the cages being too short and omitted answering my other concerning questions. In my opinion, if they had double checked the work upstairs sooner, where they eventually found the second fault with the installation, they would have found both issues and had sorted them quickly! Would not use them again.
