Paul, did an excellent job installing our new boiler, I would definitely recommend Paul to family and friends. His workmanship was spot-on, he arrived on time, finished the job on time, and kept the place clean and tidy. He gave us a very good quote and stuck to the price agreed. Between Christmas and New Year I had a complete breakdown of the central heating system.Paul Knowles was called and fixed the problem the pump had failed and was replaced so all was well.Paul suggested that the system would benefit from a power wash and that he could quote for that. I also needed the gas fire repairing as that had also broken down Paul said that he did fires and took the instruction book away with him saying that he would get back to me with a quote. Several weeks passed and I had heard nothing so I contacted Paul who said that he had forgotten but would quote asap, the quote came in at £400 but he said that that would include the gas fire except for any parts that may be required.I agreed to this and the power flush was done on 21st February 2017 unfortunately Paul and his work associate were stumped by the fire and could not repair it. After the workmen had left on what was an all day job in that evening the heating was much noisier that it had been previously and a radiator was not heating up correctly plush there was a swishing sound of water from the system.I had thought that the system may settle but the following day the noise was still bad and sounded like a coffee machine permanently on the boil, the radiator was still only partially heating up I phoned Paul who said that he would call the next day at about 9-9.15am.I waited in all day trying to contact him,he did not show up and no contact also I have not received a receipt or guarantee.

excellent job, complete bathroom refurbishment including tiling, boiler flush and replacement radiators, the guys worked around other trades and quietly got on with what was a fantastic job. No hesitation recommending them and have already asked them to quote for another job for us.
