Never finished the job. Took 200 pounds for fixing a leak but it started leaking again next day. Tried to call him, he didn't answer the phone/blocked me. Terrible.

Would highly recommend using Paul for his work. Recently had a bathroom refurbishment completed and the work / final product is outstanding. The transformation is unbelievable. Paul was reliable, pretty laid back and worked hard, he wasn't pushy and the quote was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. He often made suggestions for improvements as well and was very thorough / cleaned as he went as well which was a great help. Would use again.

Paul Knowles was an excellent plumber. He really is a good and efficient worker and was a pleasure to have around. Though the job in the end required some additional valves to add to the replacement motor he'd arrived with (after doing a thorough recce the day before) he happily shot out to purchase some. Before Paul left, he made sure that all the radiators were once again working and I had hot water. I really would recommend him for any domestic plumbing problem you may be having.

Paul came out to give us a quote to fit new bath in a wetroom space and could fit us in the very next day. Job was done at an affordable price. Paul is friendly, trustworthy and neat! Thank you Paul!
