Paul and his mate provided an excellent service from start to finish. First to respond to my job post, first to come out and give a quote and conducted themselves exactly as you would wish. Friendly, easygoing, professional and efficient and completed the whole job in one day. I would not hesitate to recommend them - they even went over and above what was agreed by fitting a rain guard above the boiler vent outside after we told them about a previous flooding incident - much appreciated.

Paul was a pleasure to deal with from quote through to completion of the job. Communication was easy and he was always punctual. The team worked really hard to install our new boiler and replace radiators throughout the house with minimal disruption to us, including moving furniture themselves and leaving the place clean and tidy. We would definitely use Paul again in the future and would recommend him to others as someone who could be trusted to do a good job.

Paul is a very polite, efficient and helpful person. Communication was brilliant, and him and Nev turned up when agreed and completed the job. Two really nice blokes who ensured everywhere was clean and tidy when the job was finished. I will definitely use again if I need future work doing!!!

Paul & Kev turned up bang on time often early, did a great job with really good quality workmanship. They were polite, and treated our home with respect, cleaned up after the work and even corrected both a minor water and gas leak so im extremely happy with their work and will definitely be using them again. My new central heating boiler was installed by Paul in one day. He arrived at the appointed time and worked non stop until the job was finished. He was polite and very professional. He demonstrated how to use the boiler controls and left the work area very tidy. The price agreed was extremely reasonable and having experienced the work of 3 separate trademen recently I was truly surprised by his all round efficiency. I highly recommend Paul to other customers. He really is the best.

I was very worried after having had a ridiculous quote from someone else but I need not have worried. Paul was prompt and helpful with a very fair price for the job. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a good job with a fair price. A very polite , tidy and helpful man. Would use again.

I chose to hire Paul because of the positive feedback I read on this site and, I have to say, I found it all to be completely true. Having been ripped off by "tradesmen" in the past, I have had my faith restored - there really IS such a thing as an honest, hardworking and reliable tradesman. Paul and Nev did a total refit of my bathroom and fitted a new combi boiler. They worked every day including over the Bank Holiday weekend and some late nights to get the job done. They replaced the ceiling (which wasn't in the quote) so that it wouldn't spoil the quality of the job, and fixed a leak under my kitchen sink, and I still only paid what Paul had originally quoted. Both Paul and Nev are considerate and respectful of your property and of your privacy - they are easy to have around your house. Any problems that arise are solved quickly without fuss. Their work is neat and professional and their attitude is excellent. I found them to be friendly, honest and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I will be booking Paul in the future for my boiler servicing and I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Knowles Heating and Plumbing to anyone. I love my new bathroom - thanks so much Paul and Nev!!!!
