Paul installed a new boiler for me , high quality of work couldn't recommend him enough he did a great job

Paul has done work for us before and so we didn't hesitate to hire Paul again when our Baxi Boiler stopped giving us heat and hot water. Paul arrived on time repaired our boiler and also agreed to replace the flush valve on our toilet cistern while he was here. All work carried out to a high standard, in a friendly professional manner. Highly Recommended. Thanks Paul ....

Paul is flexible and reliable and delivers a good quality of work for a fair price. He is a good communicator and when we hit a few niggles he was helpful in finding solutions.Our job required working around other trades and he did this willingly and without fuss. The job involved installing a new boiler (in a new location), replace all the pipework in the house and install column radiators throughout the large 4 bedroom house. Paul made a great job. What I liked most was that he was conscientious to other aspects of the renovation work being carried out. He was not at all the get-in-quick-get-out-quick kind of tradesman. He was friendly and relaxed and his timekeeping and tidiness were also fine. At several times in the job he went the extra mile to achieve something which he didn't have to (i.e. it wasn't in the job spec and price we had agreed on). Also, on his first day of work he walked into a bit of an emergency as an electrician had hit a pipe causing a leak and the solution to get me an operational shower (with no risk of further leaks) was more than quick & straight forward. Paul stepped in with no complaints and got everything sorted. I would say I am very particular when it comes to a neat finish and Paul's work presented no problems. To my mind, Paul was highly professional and dependable and I would recommend him to others users. I will be using him to service my new boiler and do any other plumbing jobs I need doing in the future.

I hired Paul on his reviews, I wasn't disappointed, we are absolutely delighted with the job Paul has done. We have a new bathroom from top to bottom, pipe work and new walls and a bathroom suite and vanity units installed and all with a high end finish. His attention to detail is first class, he is also clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble, he will ask what you want and also offer recommendations. His contacts of tillers and electricians were also very good. Thanks again Paul.

I would like to thank Paul for his quick response to my initial posting for the job and for sorting out a competitive quote via email within a few days. The job expanded into other areas and I found Paul to be very helpful with advice and practical suggestions which ensured the jobs were done correctly.
