excellent work done quickly

Very prompt callback within minutes of posting. Arrived on time and carried out repair to dislodged slates after storms. Job completed within an hour and all well tidied up. Advice was given about roof condition and further remedial work that would be needed in the future, of which I was aware anyway prior to callout. No pressure to have further work done on the spot but sound advice given. Well pleased with the experince.

Couldn't recommend Edward and his team more. Great communication, gave a quote and stuck to it. Did a great job and in fact while here they spotted a couple of other things that needed doing and did them at no extra cost. And above all else extremely pleasant and friendly.

Edward was very quick to respond to the job and completed the work the next day. He was very knowledgable and provided plenty of information about the work that would be needed and again once the work had been done. Highly recommended.

Mr Reed visited to determine the extent of the job and soon saw that it was very simple. Whilst on the garage roof having reconnected the guttering to the downpipe he reviewed the guttering and the moss on the roof. There was no need to attend to guttering and roof presently. A simple job quickly completed, within a couple of hours of completing the my Builder form.

Edward came within a day, quickly assessed the problem and gave me a quote for clearing the roof of moss and unblocking the drainpipe. The work was completed by his staff within a couple of days to my satisfaction. His business is how he describes it on this website. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Edward came to view & assess the state of the gutters promptly. He arrived with all the equipment he & his assistant needed & set to work immediately the quote was accepted. It had been hard to find a gutter specialist who would tackle this repair job with ladders rather than scaffolding. The gutters were cleaned out & sealed the same morning. He also kindly made an additional repair to one side of a low roof which was causing damage where the rain was missing the end of a gutter. Excellent result. Definitely recommended.

Edward was incredibly quick at responding to my query, came round on the same day to assess the issues and then managed to come back the following day to plug all the gaps. He was knowledgeable and supportive. Highly recommended.
