Review left on 3 Dec 2021Rating: 1 out of 55 Year EICR certificate requiredIt saddens me that I am leaving Orlando a negative feedback. The main reason is because Orlando and myself agreed that I would receive a 10 year EICR rather than a 5 year EICR so on that basis I gave him my business. At the end he gave me a 5 year EICR and when I questioned why it wasn't a 10 year EICR his reply via text message was: 'Well it's not me blame the NAPIT or the NICEIC that's what the standards are'. So clearly he knows what the standards are which in turn contradicts what he agreed with me via text message and Mybuilder.com messages. If Orlando was aware that it was indeed a 5 year EICR then it was disingenous to accept the job. If he was not aware then it was unprofessional. Sadly I cannot recommend him.Answer from tradesperson:
You post a job for a 5 year EICR certification and you leave a bad feedback because of that no words to say thanks anyway

All were done quickly and, in the case of the lights, in a way that left minimal damage behind (was expecting a bit!).
