Orlando was pleasant and straight forward to communicate with over the phone, and did the job same day we spoke and I felt reasonable charges which was much appreciated. But the tenants were very unhappy with how he left the house, incredibly dirty with lots of dust inside, and outside on the windowsills and even on the car (I have seen pics to verify). When I relayed the info to Orlando, as I was unsure how to leave this feedback, I felt his response was rude and sarcastic - he asked me if I thought he should be cleaning their car!? which is just quite an immature and unprofessional response (the apology at the end didn't make up for it). In my experience, courteous professionals mitigate this by using £5 dust sheets to cover everything and by asking for cars to be moved, so I don't think there is an excuse for this. It's not that NO dust is expected, but I think it's only respectful to try to avoid / clean up after yourself as it is someone's home at the end of the day.

Orlando was tidy, highly capable and knew exactly what to do. He did a great job and would definitely reach out again if we need an electrician.
