House was in desperate need of some TLC on the outside. Had a good few quote all very expensive compared to darwins price, was a little worried to start with at the price being so low compared to others. But all I can say is I am glad that I chose him, my house looks lovely again, better than I expected and very quick to get the job done too, excellent communication between us, very friendly and I'd highly recommend oriel property maintenance.. Will keep his number for future jobs 100/100

Oriel property maintenance were exceptional. Arrived sharp in the morning and gone 3hrs later with a job well done and beyond expectations. Darwin was polite and helpful and a thank you to Hosi. You can do no wrong in asking Oriel property maintenance to do all your jobs that you need done. I have no hesitation in having Darwin and Hosi back to do my bathroom. Wonderful job and a wonderful price. Thanks guys.

This guy is amazing. Was supposed to do the job in a week but finished it in 3 days. He carried out the jobs to a high standard. We had asked for 3 bedrooms to be painted and feature wall to papered and hallway to be painted. Radiators to be painted There was no mess left behind as he tidied up as he carried on with his jobs. He even kindly put curtain rails up for my mum which was not part of the job. Thanks again. We will be hiring him again in the future.

Couldn't have been more PROFESSIONAL, the finish was exceptional, and the work ethic was amazing, he hardly stopped all the first day and was back promptly on the second to finish up. We will get him to do other parts of the house in the near future. SUPERB

Highly skilled professional, exceeds my expectation in terms of the work done. Now the Living room and my my daughter room looks completely different, as the work done is so neat and clean it gives a great look. Always available to provide suggestion based on his experience (when asked). Full of positivity and has can do attitude for all the ask/requirement. Highly recommend him for any interior related work.
