Alex arrived promptly, was friendly and helpful throughout and did a thorough, neat and tidy job. Very pleased with the outcome.

Alex did an excellent job, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He even explained me how the whole heating system works and provided some handy tips to try next time. Will definitely use Octopus Plumbing & Heating next time.

Alex came to see what the issue was and immediately identified the problem. (As with many other things we noticed after moving in, it was a result of poor previous DIY attempts. This time with the bath installation and tiling). As we were planning to eventually redo the bathroom at a later stage we decided to bring this forward instead of just retiling and fixing the current bath. Alex did an amazing job with install. He worked quickly and professionally, including fixing the additional problems found only after ripping everything out. His advice throughout the process was also great and he kept us in the know constantly. He left the area clean at the end of everyday which is always nice. will definitely be using his services again when needed in other areas of the house.

Alex, what can I say very punctual from day one of quoting to doing the job. Knows his stuff very tidy installation on my 3 new radiators. From someone that is in the building game and sees many trades and how they work I can honestly say you won't go wrong with Alex.
