We even got some other stuff done while he was here. Mark was personable and very flexible. We were able to give him a set of keys and he just got on with it cleaning up every day before he left. Mark replies to messages quickly, friendly and polite, he visited on the same weekend and provided a very competitive quote. He kept us updated on his availability, always arrived on time, kept the area tidy throughout the process, and most importantly, they are just very lovely people to hang out with! The condition of the room was terrible, so it wasn't an easy task, but they went extra miles and did absolutely amazing work. We couldn't be happier with the result.
