Not only were these guys terribly rude and messy with the works, they did a terrible job on the plastering (image of their finishing attached). There was no care taken on the job or to my home. They didn’t even have the courtesy to lay down covers for my new floors to protect from the messy plastering works. We had to clean up the messy they made ourselves. They tried to rush this job in 2 evenings, as soon as they could and became very aggressive when asked to finish the job properly. We had to just pay them to leave and avoid any further rudeness. Images attached showing how badly they plastered this room. He then accused me of doing this myself to my own home, which doesn’t make any sense. I could have attached many more photos. After messaging him to request him come back to finish the job properly, he eventually ghosted me.Answer from tradesperson:
We didn’t leave the job like that photos attached We were very accommodating to your family and their needs You also paid in full so thank you for your comments Since working for yourself we now have a policy to insure that all customers now sign a document to before starting and when finishing. This is to prevent any false claims from customers who try to get themselves money off work or try for compensation for false claims. Thank you for the opportunity to learn from this experience and how we will now deal with scam customers.
