Very happy with the work carried out, and also how it was professionally undertaken. Lee and Joe were very helpful and worked with both myself and my neighbour in the joint project, keeping costs affordable and inspiring me with confidence with their knowledge. The area was left clean and tidy at the end of every shift, and the team were polite and competent. Being from the construction industry myself, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Roylance Builders to another client, and will be asking them to do other work in the near future.

Lee and his father were absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend them. Their building work is great and they're friendly and professional. They experienced a couple of setbacks whilst undertaking the job but they didn't complain at all. The price they charged was very reasonable and worth every penny.
