The team did a great job. We noticed a few issues, but they were resolved quickly with a very short turnaround.

The job didn't go well. The initial cleaner that turned up didn't have a vacuum cleaner. He didn't have a bowl so he used one of mine. When his colleague turned up the initial cleaner left to get the vacuum cleaner. He was gone for hours, it took 6 hours for them to clean an empty house with no furniture. Even after 6 hours the house wasn't cleaned to a high standard. The windows, washing machine, radiators, hallway were not cleaned.

The guys were punctual and efficient. How ever I asked for a deep clean, I specified sockets cleaning and paint splatter being removed since this was a post construction deep clean. I asked for grout to be cleaned and mould to be removed from UPVC frames. None of these details were done. So I have found myself having to go round behind them doing the actual deep part of the clean.
