    3 small single pane windows to be replaced in sash units in codicote Not a huge job ..

    open a locked upvc door

    The client has a new tenant moving in on Monday and they say there is a problem with the front upvc door.

    Leaking Conservatory

    Quality job and customer service. Fixed the leaking conservatory. Not a single drop has landed in the bucket that used to fill up very quickly during rainy days. Neil also fixed some other issues in the house whilst here - replaced the brackets in our windows which were drafty. Literally, the windows are now airtight, you cannot feel a draft or hear sound coming through. Neil also replaced the locks on our conservatory door. I found the prices to be very reasonable, in fact I was quoted almost £1000 by one builder who wanted to take the glass out of the conservatory roofs to fix the leak. Neil was honest, he fixed it with a coat of waterproof paint and charged us £30. Could not have done a better job. Very easy to get along with, quality workmanship and admirable honesty. Thanks Neil for being all round awesome.
