Nigel is professional and reliable. He is very helpful and willing to start early to accommodate my work schedule. He worked efficiently and sorted out the unexpected things came across in the work. The installation of a pair of ceiling light was a bit tricky as I am in a flat and have no access to the ceiling from the floor above. Nigel managed to do a fantastic job installing the lights without leaving holes on the ceiling that needs patching. The lights look lovely and are exactly how I want them to be. I would recommend him to anyone.

I am so impressed with Nigel who came to my house to produce a NICEIC certificate that I will use to apply for an HMO license. Nigel was fast to provide me with a rough price of the work I wanted. He also very quickly answered any questions I had. As I am the landlord and don’t live in the city he contacted the tenants and sorted all out. On the day of the job we spoke on the phone and clarified one question. His writing and verbal communication was excellent. It was a pleasure to use him and when the job was done he sent me the report ASAP. I had some questions and he answered them as well very fast.
