Nigel responded very quickly to my request and visited me within 24 hours. A new shower was fitted within 2 hours including him purchasing the item. He left the area clean and tidy. I had previously been let down by a so called reputable tradesman. My research and reviewing is now in the past after hiring Nigel. I am so impressed with his work that I am in the process of employing him to fit a WC, sink and radiator. Nigel is professional and reliable and I have no hesitation is his giving him my full recommendation.

I was very pleased with Nigels work when he replaced my old sink unit and fitted a new tap. Nigel is very reliable he arrived on time and cleaned up as he went along , very neat and tidy. Very reasonable price too. Highly recommended.

Quick and efficient would recommend

In brief: Super happy with work done, attention to detail and genuine care for the finished product. A really nice, knowledgeable guy (I trusted him with a set of keys to the property where I was storing £1,000s worth of tools and was never once concerned). I would use (and have used) his services again. In more detail: I interviewed lots of gas engineers for this job (new boiler / rads, moving pipework and 1st / 2nd fix of kitchen and bathroom). Nigel got in touch straight away, came out immediately to quote and gave a no-nonsense, competitive quote. I chose Nigel even though his quote wasn't quite the cheapest due to that "gut feeling" you get when you find a good tradesman. He explained things thoroughly, took his time to check the property fully and asked plenty of questions, highlighting many issues I hadn't considered (without trying to hard sell things I didn't want / need). He also sent a detailed breakdown of his quote and got that over quickly (several contractors who came out to quote wasted me weeks in waiting for the official price). Nigel came out without delay exactly when he said he would and worked regularly over several days until the job was done. He didn't try to tack on any extras (although I myself tacked some on) or mess me around like several contractors did. He was in regular contact on anything needing owner discretion. V impressed how he remembered things we briefly spoke of while quoting without being reminded (e.g. adding a new gas cut-off).
