Nigel is a nice man and did a good job. The boiler he fitted is a bit noisy but works fine. It's my first combi boiler so they might all make that noise. Had a problem with electrics but he sorted it. Very rigid on price. Took old boiler away but left me the packaging to get rid of.Good scrap value I suppose. Took 2 full days, really think he could do with a partner. But all in all a job well done. Did all what he says he would do. Left house clean and tidy. Hard worker. Price was resonable. Basically got what i asked for. Would recomend.

Hot and cold tap wrong way round. Never used flexi pipes he asked me to purchase. Would say get what you pay for.

Pleasant and on time, gave advise on things i asked about.

nigel was very professional and hard working, quoted 2-3 days for fitting a new boiler and removing the other and got it all done in 2. turned up when he said he would and tidied up well after. would definately ask him to do more work for us again

I would recommend Nigel to anyone who wants a very good, professional job doing. Nigel works hard to ensure his customers are totally happy with the work he is to carry out, he keeps you informed of any potential issues and recommends solutions so that the customer can still get what they want. Nigel is 100% committed to ensuring the work is carried within the agreed time and remained on site until after 7pm to ensure I was happy with everything, even though earlier in the day he had received news some very tough news regarding his family. Highly recommended, would use again

Job complete and paid for

The job turned out to be more difficult than at first thought due to my own inability to descibe the problem accurately. However, Nigel was not phased in the least and worked really hard to ensure the job was done efficiently and with as little inconvenience as possible. He also had to put up with the flat being on the 11th floor which obviously adds extra time but he remained cheerful and polite throughout. We will certainly use Nigel again. Many thanks Nigel !
