Perfect. Nigel called me back when I asked him to, booked me in within a few days, arrived on time and did the work he said he was going to do for the price he said he would do it for. It's not really that difficult to be good in business if you follow these traditional business principles yet so few plumber I have dealt with ever do! Nigel came this morning to servive my boiler, bleed my radiators sort out my water and service my fireplaces. He was punctual hardworking and did a fantastic job he was very helpful and answered any questions i was unsure about. An absolute first class sevice. In our first conversation, Nigel was very helpful and courteous suggesting an alternative route to my idea to solve my low water pressure problem. Then, when I called a few days later to say the parts had arrived, he agreed to come to do the job the very next day. Nigel turned up at the exact time agreed, fitted the new parts, tidied up and showed me the new tap working at a much better flow rate. We were absolutely delighted with all his work. All in all, his advice saved me around £170 and the result was superb. I can thoroughly recommend Nigel for all types of plumbing and gas work.

Nigel arranged a convenient time, and quickly did the replacement with a friendly and informative attitude throughout. Highly personable approach, and not too busy to spare a few minutes with helpful advice! Minor problem afterwards, but Nigel came out again soon after and sorted it quickly. He gave me knowledgable and practical advice on the other jobs required in the future too, meaning that I now know how to approach them and with what timetable and order of events. All in all, friendly, reasonably priced, and attitude is ever to make sure the Customer is happy. Will definitely be hiring him again soon for our future requirements over the next year.

arrived at time stated,had a job finding the leak but did eventually(3 other gas engineers didn't)repaired the problem and charged what price he stated,Also serviced gas fire and boiler at another property of mine with no problems. excellent service, would use again Garry Newcombe

Nigel did a fantastic job relocating my radiators and also had time to fit in an extra job of removing a gas fire. He didn't take long to get the job done and also left the area clean and tidy.
