Nigel has done an excellent job especially as he had to overcome issues with poor fireplace fitting instructions and the fact that the chimney flue turned out to have problems. Nigel completed the installation and ensured the fire was safe and then went to the trouble of coming back on two separate occasions to remove and re-install the fire whilst the chimney was swept in between, he did this additional work for an excellent price and on the weekend before Christmas. This extra work was unexpected as the flue had been given the OK by another company previously. In summary I would absolutely recommend Nigel to anyone. He certainly went the extra mile to get our fire sorted for Christmas.
