Nigel was prompt, professional and explained what he did and why he did it. He went the extra mile for me by solving a tricky problem with my bathroom tap. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Nigel was great. He was patient when I had a fault with the fire place I ordered. Also helped cap off my hob while he was fitting my Gas fire. He was clean, tidy and quick.

Done in time specified and all info explained well. Good job.

Nigel attended the day after my contacting him,and arrived at time stated by him. He explained to me what he thought was wrong with my fire,and carried out some cleaning etc. If the problem still occurs then I will need some replacement parts,and am to contact Nigel if this is the case. I found him obliging and informative.
