He gave me a time and date and arrived promptly. He explained every problem and causes and also what needed to be done. I am really pleased with Nigel and his efficiency, great work and also the price was very reasonable for what Nigel had completed and parts fitted. Nigel was very punctual , polite and knowledgeable. He tried his very best to fix our ageing boiler but in the end it couldn't be done. Nigel ended up fitting a brand new one which we are very happy with.
