We had our gas fire & boiler serviced around 3 weeks ago, then a week later the wife went to light the fire but there was no spark, she said she couldn't smell or hear gas flowing, so we came on this website and found Nigel Keen he's a local Gas Engineer from Long Eaton, Nigel pointed out that it had not been serviced correctly the fire was full of gunk he said it should have been properly cleaned out. I'm a night shift worker and Nigel came out at 0730 to do the job he worked around me which was great, he cleaned the appliance out and found there was a small blockage which was stopping gas flow, he was punctual polite and very professional, we now have a fire that's back in service, and he charged a very fair price for a job well done, I've kept his number for future reference and will use his services in the future, for my part I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
