Professional friendly team who work very well together to do an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

We chose New vision windows because they were local and did not want to be involved with a national company, so as to keep the local businesses supported. After initial site visit, we were impressed byRobert and the price stated to complete a conservatory re-roof and Cladding for our home. Robert stated that work would commence in August(2022), but after several phone calls to him, work actually didn’t start until the beginning of September. We were told a date, and on that information we planned a week away before work started. While we were away our neighbour told us, and our security camera confirmed, that the workmen were at our door wanting to start! So we cut short our holiday and came back early and lost money and time. There after started a catalogue of broken promises, excuses and failing to arrive on site or leaving the site to go to other jobs, after much stress and contacting Robert, eventually, after missing yet another date to finish, they actually completed the job last Wed, but due to rushing it, it was not completed to a professional standard. Promises were made and broken regularly, excuses were abundant and a job that was quoted as to be completed in One week, eventually took them just over 2 months. They were friendly enough workers, when they were here! Personally I would not recommend New vision windows simply because they are unreliable and do not adhere to the timescales quoted.

Really nice and helpful guys, very friendly and hard working, just got on with the job and had it done in no time. Good finish and no complaints, will be using them again should the situation arise. If you want a cracking job done with no fluster and quality workmanship, you'd be hard pushed to find anyone better than these guys. Well Done and Thank you.

Replacing a conservatory roof Needed to replace the roof of our conservatory chose this company as local and had very good reviews. Came up very quickly to give a quote which we found very competitive. Given dates and Rob and his team came on site to start work, we could not have wished for a better crew, friendly, helpful and very professional. The roof was done on time and very pleased with the end result. They went out of their way to make the upheaval as easy as possible. Thoroughly recommend them without any reservation, apart from one, they ate all my homemade cookies!!!

I would recommend Robert Fuller for any doors or windows. I had two windows replaced in my conservatory and a leak repaired. I am particularly pleased with the cladding above the garage. They were pleasant and polite to have around and I thank them for successfully completing the work.

I was very pleased with the work that Vision Windows & Doors did when I asked them to add a fascia and sort out the guttering on the front of my cottage. They were very professional and came across as being extremely experienced in what they were doing. The job was done in good time and all debris was taken away. I would recommend.

Had 3 quotes for gutterng work they were by far the cheapest. Robert was very professional would highly recommend company.

Rob came and assessed the gutter leaking problem and brought back Paul the next day to fix it. Too early to know if they were successful (need a heavy rain to be sure) but I have high hopes that we will no longer have a damp wall in our sunroom. Very pleasant to deal with and gave us prompt service. Impressed.
