Simon and Shaun have just installed a new Combi Boiler for us. There was alot of work involved as it wasnt a like for like install but nothing was too much trouble. They were reliable, professional guys who did a great job and worked extremely hard to get it done for us. I would highly recommend this company.

Simon Meachen of NCH Heating and Plumbing Ltd was a very lucky find for me. The background is that I had an emergency situation with a badly fitted and dangerous combi boiler in the back bathroom extension of a Victorian mid terrace in central Norwich. This property is in the process of being carefully renovated to retain its period features, whilst at the same time modernized, to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable residential accommodation that will eventually be let. I posted this job on Sunday the 2nd February and by Thursday the 6th February had a fully fitted and commissioned Baxi Combi Gas Boiler with remote Hive Thermostat control. The difference that it has made to the quality of my wife and my own comfort is enormous. Simon together with his colleague Shaun are a first class team. They have outstanding knowledge and experience that make them true professionals placing them in the very top league of their trade. I am very grateful to them for helping me out of a very difficult situation and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Very quick responses and managed to find me and brand new boiler in the brand I wanted and squeeze fitting it, all in the same week within 4 days of the initial quote. Thankyou very much indeed, much appreciated. No complaints.

Simon was very quick at replying to my correspondence and accommodating regarding the appointment timings. He carried the job efficiently (as far as I can tell). He explained what he had done afterwards and gave us some advise and tips. He was very professional and tidy at all times.

Simon came and fixed it right away, no problem. Also gave me some free advice about my unvented hot water cylinder - extra bonus.
