Was happy with preliminary meeting where options were explained. Went ahead with the quote and less than a week later the team were with on site. Job was carried out efficiently and in less time than expected

NEVER AGAIN! I cannot say how bad my experience has been but I'll try to summarise and hopefully save you from going through my pain. • Felix - great first impression, but downhill from there. He said many times "We wont ask you for a penny until the job is completely finished and you're happy with it"; this is a lie. He told me "so you've got cash for me?" before the end of the first week (I'm presuming has asked for cash only for tax reasons). He stood over me and tried to intimidate me, he shouted and was also quite racist. His communication skills are terrible and although the job was done in May, they still haven't returned to finish the job! • Workers - Felix's staff are really nice guys, however they do have a problem cleaning up after themselves and on more than one occasion I found rubbish left by them. I also don't consider sliders and socks to be appropriate safety footwear. • Workmanship - this is quite mixed as I now have a corroded join to my driveway, water pooling where there was none before and a panel which has fallen down as it was incorrectly fitted. I have been dubious about posting my feedback, as I do not trust Felix Lynn not to respond in an aggressive or abusive way and fear he may try to get back at me as he spoke of removing fencing panels and driveway bricks of another customer.

He did a good job. I will recommend him. He keeps to his word. His work is excellent. I like my pavement to bits. Thank you so much. I will use you again.

Really impressed with the service I received from Felix. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he needed to do and communication was excellent which is rare in a tradesman. He was prompt and his team worked quickly to ensure a great job with minimum of fuss. I would recommend highly.

Philex and his team did a great job on my path, there was a lot of work involved with the preparation - which they took care of. They started promptly and got on with it swiftly. They did a professional job outlining each step of the journey. Good materials were used and they were happy to come back a few times to make sure the job was finished off properly. Highly recommended.

Felix and his team made a very good job of laying two patios and an accessible path around our garden. They removed an old greenhouse, decking and made a new bed. We are very pleased with the result - the uniform path and patios make the garden look so much bigger and the new level paths mean that I can easily wheel my husband around all the garden. The work was was done speedily and efficiently and at a good price ( I had had quotes from other landscaping companies). Felix was flexible and discussed my plans with me when I wanted changes after the work had begun and made good suggestions for the design. The rubbish and rubble was taken away and Felix even came back on Sunday to take away the last of the rubbish and check I was satisfied with the job. I am happy to recommend this company for any landscape work.
