Absolutely professional as always. As instructed by Naimir, I purchased all of he specified parts required for the proposed job. Naimir again arrived at the agreement time specified. Given the unforeseen difficulties the job had created, Naimir nevertheless persevered through and eventually completed fitting the new bathroom basin. Brilliant..
