Chris came and viewed the work that needed to be done, then sent over a quote that was workable on my budget. He was able to identify my building issue and offer the right course of action to fix it, he was very punctual and kept me informed throughout which shows how professional he is, I would definitely recommend him to family and friends should they need a builder. My building issue was cement work to an old extension, which he completed with no issues, I know he is very experienced and skilled in alot of other areas of the trade as I had asked him what sort of work he can do, basically anything by the list I was checking him against, so give him a go, its hard knowing who to use and who not to, but he gets the thumbs up from me, just looking around the house now for his next project 🙂

Chris was punctual, explained work, and carried out to my complete satisfaction. He was quick and thorough, and stuck to estimate, although involved a bit more work than expected. I would recommend him, very happy with his work, and give him 10/10.

Chris has done a great job of this 2 part Job. It was done quickly and professionally for a fair price. The utility now looks as if it has always been there and has all the functionality we require. The upstairs hallway creation as been crated seemlesly and as if it was always there. I will definitely use again. Many thanks.
