It was a pleasure dealing with Paul. We needed many panels of old fencing completely replaced and though the job itself was straightforward, the financing of it was the complete opposite as part of the fence was shared by us and a ground floor flat, with another shared between us and the next door house. We spoke to Paul on behalf of the other 2 stakeholders and he very attentively took note of all the requirements and came back within a couple of days with exactly the quote breakdown for all parties and patiently dealt with various questions from the other stakeholders until everyone was satisfied completely satisfied.
Once that was done, Paul was able to start within 2 weeks. He came on time with his brother and they got on with the job immediately. On the first evening of the job, we came home to find all of the old fences ripped out and taken away, and almost all the new panels/posts in place for cementing in - impressive speed considering there was 22 metres of fencing in total. The job was finished in 2 days and Paul even came back a further time to finish up a few finer details a week later.
Overall, we really rate Paul for his prompt communication, competence, helpfulness (he still gives us advice on other gardening matters), hardworking nature and the pride he takes in his work. He priced competitively to 3 other guys we met but his level of service was far higher than the rest.
