I hired this gentleman for my work to convert my old kitchen to an Office. I had few quotes, some of them much cheaper than his. I hired him as his feedbacks looked good and he appeared to be professional and someone who knew what he was doing. I am leaving this feedback due to the following: 1. The job took more than a week to complete when initially it was agreed that it would take only a couple of days. 2. My main water inlet had to moved to the corner of the room, which he did. But when the carpet man came and put a half inch nail only upto 5mm into the floor, it hit the main water inlet and the whole room flooded. I had to close the valve on the street. If this did not happen I would never have known that the the main water inlet is so superficial. This shows the quality of the work. He came and repaired it but the pipe is still superficial, which could break any time. 3. He claims that he gives a 12 month warranty. I think the warranty ends as soon as you make the payment. He took hot pipeline from the radiator from the upstairs bedroom for the heating in the office. Now, the radiator upstairs is not working. This is fine with me - things do happen. When I called him about this, his tone was different and says that it was not his fault. Even worse he hung up the phone on me and never picked up the phone after that. If it was not his fault why would he not pick up the phone?! This was very unprofessional.

Mark did a great job not only what we asked for but other electrical jobs around the house without hesitation. You need a professional when dealing with electrical work and Mark is your man. We will be contacting Mark in the future for further electrical projects. Kind regards Steve & Lin Morris

Mark was easy to contact and he came promptly on the agreed date of fitting of the new shower. He was very polite, even offering to take his shoes off on the carpet. He got on with the job no problem, sorting the water and fuse box out himself. He filled in a small gap the new shower had created with the new rail without me even having to ask which was a great help, and said he'd send on the reciept again without me having to ask. When leaving, he even took the old shower with him to dispose of, saving me the job and time. A great tradesman who does the job and puts in 110% to the work, i can see why he has such good feedback on here. I will definately be using him again for future jobs! Thank you Mark! Hazel

Mark arrived on time and within 2 days of contacting. He is obviously very knowledgeable and efficient; he fitted two light fittings very quickly and tidily, and also checked over our electrics and found some nasty surprises the previous owner had left behind in the fuse board! He sorted everything out and managed to get the electrics working properly, which put our minds at ease. We will definitely be using Mark again and I would happily recommend him to anyone. My first experience of using this site and I am very happy with the results. Thank you Mark!!

Mark has done an absolutely brilliant job. He has offered professional help with other bits in the renovation. He is very trustworthy, very easy to get along, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is also punctual and very tidy. Mark responded quickly and was able to come out the next day and was on time. I think there was some misunderstanding about what I had asked him out to do but once we had sorted out that he was able to do the work quickly plus he also changed a couple of broken plug sockets as well.

Top service, Mark came and quoted for the job, provided a good price and carried out the work within 1 week. Work was carried out to a good standard and the fact they are NICEIC registered as well is a big plus. Would recommend.
