Starting this project I was very scared of hiring builders because I heard so many bad stories about them. However Archie and his team did a fantastic job at my house and completely changed my mind. From the moment they walked in, they gave me great advice on what could/should be done and what not to do to keep the structure of the house in place. A 30mins first visit turned into 2h30mins during which they assessed every single room. They expected the house to be fully refurbished within 6 weeks and I gave them 4 weeks do the job since I am pregnant. Guess what, they did. They worked 7 days a week 8am to 8-9pm to complete the job. On the finance side, they helped me a lot to find the right materials at reasonable price to keep me in budget. Even the labor cost was very reasonable compared to the competition. They did way more than what was expected from them and kept me informed throughout the refurbishment process to make sure that I was happy with their work. They completely transformed a house into a Home. Without a single hesitation I would recommend Archie and his team and will definitely use them in the future. Last but not least: they are a bunch of funny guys which made work and discussions so easy. Absolutely brilliant job!

I've just had an IKEA kitchen fitted by Archie and I'm extremely happy. He has done an amazing job, the workmanship is to a very high standard and there isn't anything I can fault. He and the other skilled workers brought in left my property tidy everyday after work was carried out. The team were very hardworking and very nice and polite to deal with. Thank you all! Looking forward to using my new kitchen!

Due to recent issues by my carpenter as a result of the quality of the works undertaken in my house i've decided to use mybuilder.com to find another carpenter to undertake my works. Fortunately i've come across Archie who is an excellent professional who takes pride of what he does. He comes with all his equipment and tools to deliver a quality job. H e did my stairs and remedial to other people works. Really happy with the standard and wish i would have know Archie ages ago. But never mind, i know who to contact next time. By the way its the first time i'm leaving a feedback. And to be honest i'm really satisfied with the quality of the works for me to spend a few minutes here to leave my feedback. If you need a skilled carpenter, please do not hesitate to contact Archie. Thank you very much Archie, i really appreciate with your works and working till 9pm to complete my works.

From start to finish Archie was a complete star. He offered us advice on what would look good and how to adapt our space. The kitchen was pre ordered but some of my measuring wasn't very good, no matter cause Archie adapted and made it work. The kitchen looks amazing and even though he had unexpected issues with electrics and plumbing (other trademans carried out these in wrong positions) he still didn't once asked for extra money or complain. He worked from the start 9 until 7 for the days he worked here and not once did he rest. I have loads of work to do in my house and I know who I will be getting back to do it,, Archie your great and so glad we found you!!! We will be in touch shortly with plenty more work!!! Would honestly highly recommend to anyone.....in fact I already have!!!

Archie did a wonderful job fitting our kitchen, flooring, architrave and internal doors. Archie works extremely hard and even worked all weekend. We have had so many compliments on our beautiful new home! Archie is a perfectionist, he's conscientious and is very trustworthy. Archie gave us great advice when it came to looking after out real wood worktops and flooring. There isn't anything Archie cannot do, on New Year's Eve we accidentally drilled through our central heating pipe causing a leak. After ringing round lots of plumbers who could not help or we're trying to charge us hundreds of pounds for a call out fee, we asked Archie if he could help us and he came over immediately and fixed it! We'll be forever grateful to Archie as we were having our carpet laid that day and a party in the evening so what could have turned out to be a horrendous day was resolved all thanks to Archie. His work is outstanding and his rates are so reasonable for the quality of his work, I just can't believe how lucky we were to find him :-)

I cannot recommend Archie highly enough. Him and his team did a brilliant job on our kitchen, his attention to detail is amazing. He has a highly skilled team behind him who worked tirelessly to finish our kitchen before Christmas, even with us changing our mind on a few things and bits being missing. They also left everything clean and tidy. He goes above and beyond what you would expect, even fixing our wobbly gate for us as! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

We were very pleased with the work Archie undertook and he managed to complete this within the agreed time scale and budget. There were also some additonal elements to the work which he took on without any fuss Overall I would recommend him and will certainly consider Archie for any carpentry work in the future
