Being a first time house buyer, some things are new to me but Mark went out of his way to give useful advice and even solved a few minor issues I had at no extra cost. He was very punctual and even got to the property before I did on the first day I met him. He did a pretty good job changing a lock and doing some fencing, all within record time and at really fair prices. The door had previously been repaired in June but unfortunately mark confirmed that the previous tradesman had used an incompatible part. Mark gained entry to my property, obtained the correct gearbox and fixed this all in the same day. He also adjusted another door which was sticking. Mark was punctual and provided a detailed invoice on completion which guarantees his work. I will be sure to contact Mark again in the future for anything door related as he is very knowledgeable.
