Imran is a fantastic tradesman and reasonably priced. He’s thorough, fast, tidy and very approachable. He came to quote for some decking we needed, explained exactly what he would do and once we agreed he started the job straight away and did what he said he would. He came with a team of two and all three of them got stuck in. Then we got him to paint the front door and more painting in the house including some ceilings. He did a super job and checked we were happy with everything. I would definitely hire him again.

5 stars all the way ***** Syed was very prompt in responding to my initial request. Extremely polite and listened to what I needed. A very easy guy to talk to . Quotes arrived the same night and very happy with the price . A quick sketch at my request so I could visualise the new decking followed later the same night and a picture of a similar project he had completed as a reference . All work agreed and date fixed to complete within a week . Syed Reg & Ray arrived as expected on day one of the build . Syed kept me updated during the day how the build was going and delighted to see the project at the end of day 1 . I had discussed the measurements of the Pergola going on top of the deck and Syed advised a slight amend to the size to ensure the Pergola fitted. 2 days in total to complete the decking area which looks amazing and extremely sturdy. Extremely tidy workers. I’m now having some additional work done in the coming week and looks like my neighbours are also now going to use Syed for some projects . I would have no hesitation in recommending Syed and his crew for any work. Extremely professional throughout , great value for money and a 5 star decking now in situ for many years to come Thank you

My bathroom floor needed to be fixed after a water leak ruined the chipboard. Syed and Reg helpfully removed the chipboard from the bathroom floor, disposed of this, and added new plywood and vinyl to the floor. They were both courteous and respectful and wanted to ensure that the task was completed properly. Happy with the new bathroom floor. Many thanks.

During summer time 2022 I needed to change my flooring from carpet to laminated. I used mybuilder to find someone for the job, after a few offers I decided to contact Mint Construction and development to change the flooring. Before they started the job they explained everything I need to know and what I need to by and how many days will take them to complete the job.
