I had a really great experience with Syed and Mint - he couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job on the fencing plus a number of other smaller jobs that also needed doing. Everything was completed incredibly quickly and my garden is now completely transformed! I would and will highly recommend him.

Syed was helpful, a good communicator and did an excellent job on my decking and even going above and beyond in coming up with some excellent ideas and fixed a couple of things for me beyond the scope agreed at no extra cost. Excellent job by Syed. He is both professional and pleasure to work with. The job was performed exactly as described, with a couple of changes that were agreed before any bill was sent, so no surprises. The job was done to an excellent standard, on time and the place was left immaculate. In fact, Syed helped me get rid of a load of existing junk, so by the time he left, it was the tidiest it's ever been. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We hired Syed and team to renovate our garden, removing a number of concrete tiles, lawn and replacing with a new timber decking. After getting quotes from a number of tradesman from this site, we chose Syed because of his passion for our project, his positive reviews and moreover, quite a few ideas that he suggested to us at the quote appointment - which we hadn’t received from anyone else, nor had thought of before (like floor lights and dealing with gaps between decking and fence). Syed also didn’t spend most of quote appointment trying to sell us expensive Milboard like the other tradesmen. The end result is better than we could have imagined! The decking looks great and we are happy with the work and price. Syed and Gurpreet worked extremely hard, were very polite and tidy, and were flexible when our requirements changed. We have even since asked them to do extra bits around the house (repairing dodgy work done by earlier builders!). Would recommend Mint Construction to others if they are thinking of doing a timber decking.

Syed replaced our decking with a nice new one that he adapted after a fairly vague request of just ’making that bit a bit bigger’, and I’m very pleased with the result. He and his colleague were not only professional, polite and very helpful, but they also offered advice about what oil to go for and other bits and bobs. The pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the proposed time schedule. Overall, I’m very happy with Mint Construction Services and would be happy to hire them for any future works.

Really nice, cheerful and helpful guys who came to do our decking over a large area with raised beds. They were efficient and cleaned behind themselves every day. They were with us for 3 and a half days and we were more than happy with the job they done! We gave then our ideas with no proper plans and they delivered a first class job and experience! One family member has already booked them and we wouldn't hesitate using them again! Very happy!!

I have only one word for this man and his team “Brilliant”. Quality job done. We changed plan couple of times during the job but this man had no problems to adopt and change. Very friendly and approachable. He made very valuable suggestions during the job which gave good results to the finished product. Will definitely hire them again whenever needed. Thank you Syed

Strong winds had blown part of the fence down in my mother's garden, exposing it to the road. Naturally we were keen to get this resolved promptly. Communication was excellent - Syed was extremely quick to respond to my job posting and texted me to arrange a time to come round the following morning for a quote, which turned out to be very reasonable. Despite having another job on the same day, Syed kindly arranged for it to be moved as he recognised the security concerns we faced (also, my mother is in her seventies and having the fence mended the next day gave her peace of mind). Despite this being a small job, Syed's attention to detail and care not to rush it was apparent. He stayed the whole day to ensure the fittings had set and to add final touches. We have a few upcoming projects and won't hesitate to hire him in the future!
