Mark arrived on time within a few minutes had the fitting down & discovered I had wired my new ceiling light incorrectly and fixed my error. He responded promptly after I contacted him to tell him the fault (light flashing after being switched on for a few minutes) had not been resolved, advising the fitment is faulty if the problem persists & should be returned for replacement. All for reasonable price. Will definitely use again.
