Kevin fitted our kitchen door and widows for us. He is a reliable, efficient and pleasant person. He did a great job. After shortlisting, he offered to come to view and provide a free quote. After that he answered all questions promptly. We wanted the new doors to match the existing French doors and he was the only tradesmen who knew exactly what the make was and supplied the same make with a competitive price. The supplier made an error with the sealing of the cat flap and Kevin had it changed and returned to fit it again for us. Errors happen, how one rectifies the problem is key and he did that well. Kevin was professional and got on with the job of installing my new front door even showing me how the new key works. As i hadnt moved into the property at that time i realised i had forgotten how to open the door so i called Kevin and left a message - he called me back to go through what i needed to do to gain access to my house. that alone shows me what a professional persno he is with good customer service. He also resealed one of my window units. Thank you.

Kevin was consistently friendly and polite. He arrived on time and was flexible on timing for both quoting and completing the job, despite mine and my flatmates' awkward schedules. He cleaned up as he went along and took away all of the rubbish. He was even uncomplaining about carrying all of his equipment and a new front door up four floors to our flat! We are very pleased with our new door and the installation of it and I would happily recommend Kevin to anyone.

Kevin, is actually more than a window handyman. He has broad knowledge, during the site visit, he gave us many professional advice on our home refurbishment. Very straightly he gave me the quote, without any hidden charge, and explained the components and price in a patient way. It is very good price that I have no reason to reject. After one week, precisely as agreed, he brought the new windows to my home at 10am. Before each install, he always shew me his consideration, also listened to my opinion. He behaves polite-talking, careful-thinking, efficient-planning, hard-working, clean-maintening and quality-resulting. In one hour, he has done all three new windows, fully exihibiting his experienced skill. I do feel very lucky to work with this gentleman, and hope see him soon again.

I hired Kevin to fit 3 pvc sash windows and french doors. Kev came originally to measure up for the windows, his measurements were spot on. He did a great job with the windows, they were fitted without disturbing the exterior render. Very friendly chap and takes pride in his work. Great guy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Kevin did a fantastic job replacing one of the double glazing units. Good communication and even came round to measure when we were out of the house but plasterers were there. Fitted the unit with ease and looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to ask him to do other jobs such as replacing the double glazing for the whole house or fitting a conservatory.

Kevin and Ian did a great job installing our new patio doors. Out of several tradesmen I contacted through this site, Kevin was one of only two who offered to visit us to give a quote. His was the most reasonable quote and he also cleared up thoroughly, taking the old doors and quite a lot of debris away. He kept us fully updated while the new doors were on order and fitted the doors on a Sunday, which meant I did not have to take time off work. He's a very nice guy and I would thoroughly recommend him for any similar jobs!

Kevin did a great job. He was a tad late arriving to work on two days but always clearly communicated why and in no way did it detract from getting the job done on time. We had a complication due to a miscommunication which was my fault, the wrong glass was installed, but Kevin arranged to replace this purely for the cost of the new glass and did not charge labour to fix the mistake. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend his work.
