John needed new overflow pipework from cold water cistern and ball valve replaced,toilet needed new flushvalve and leaks fixed and isolation valve fitted,customers kitchen tap fitted.
I had three bits of plumbing to be done, basic, but in tricky places and beyond my DIY skills. Michael gave me a well-argued quote, noted my concerns, and completed the work effectively, on time and on budget. He also spotted another problem I had not identified and solved that too. Michael turned up on time, discussed the work with me, and delivered. He came across as a good worker, self-motivated, someone who would work well with others in the building trade and who would want his customers to be fully satisfied with his work.
