    Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

    Hired Maurice for an EIRC. Received NAPIT report soon after via email. Good communication, honest prices, would gladly use again.

    Summerhouse electrics

    Maurice did a great job of installing the electrics in my garden office. He was punctual, clean and tidy, the fittings all look great, good comms throughout, and he promptly sent the certificates upon completion. Highly recommended.

    Landlord Certificate for Electrical safety

    Maurice is a very capable electrician. I hired him for a landlord electrical safety installation certificate. He completed his job on time and also recommended items that need to be done. He sent the completed certificate next day. Would love to hire him again for any electrician job.

    Passed EICR report for tenant

    Mr Maurice Canterbury made a suitable appointment with my tenant as per her availability. He replaced light fittings pendants and rectified high Zs reading, he then issued satisfactory EICR report to me. His service was affordable. I have saved his number for future. Thank you again Mr Canterbury.
