Here at MMC electrical services we always provide as much information as possible with regards to prices and availability so customers Know what to expect and can chose a convenient appointment.Not all customers read the information in the initial introduction message.So in some instances I have had to explain the pricing and give information about what the EICR process entails on arrival, just to make sure me and the customer are singing off the same song sheet and there are no surprises . This is if a customer doesn’t respond to the initial introduction message and just forwards an address.There are no policies in place at MMC electrical that prohibits a customer from observing our electricians carrying out an EICR.We always offer competitive quotations if a property fails the EICR and are keen to answer any customer queries swiftly with a fast turnaround on appointments for remedial works.Not every customer takes the news of a property failing well. And as a result an accurate account of the service provided will not always be reflected in a review.Especially on the rear occasions where an electrical installation requires extensive remedial work.
