Very happy with the work carried out by Maurice. He worked very professionally and cleanly. He was also very polite and friendly. Would 100% recommend Maurice.

Second time I have used Maurice and he is great. Efficient, gets on with the job after you have booked him in and very competitive with his prices. We are often worried that trades will flag up other little jobs but 100% with maurice that if it flags up it needs to flag up. I would highly recommend him.

I am very happy with the service provided by Maurice. Excellent communucation including sending me a reminder of our appointment the night before and keeping me updated by text on the day when he was running a little late. Was also the best price quoted for the job and although this turned out to be a misquote he honoured the price without hesitation. Thoroughly recommended and will use again.

Good service from Maurice. The test failed on initial inspection, Maurice gave me a reasonable quote for the remedial work and I was happy to let him get on with it. We agreed a price, stuck to it and all work was complete within a week. Good comms, keeps you informed, flexible and prompt. Would recommend.

I hired Maurice to do a few jobs in the house. The works needed to do was more than the first advert but explaining over the phone the extras a fixed fee was agreed. I sent an email listing all works and stated the agreed price. A day later I encountered an electrical problem that needed investigating. Maurice said that he would look at it when he arrived on the job. He saw all the works and increases his price from £300 to £500. This included the additional investigation works, I agreed as I just wanted the works to be concluded. At the end of the day I noticed Maurice didn't do as much as he originally planned (I thought he worked slow). It took him 1 hour to move from upstairs clearing up and setting up downstairs. He said he charged a day rate of £250 which to me is quite steep, and I did not know prior to him starting the job, as I thought it was a fixed fee. When he was leaving he said that he works on a day rate of £250, and it was take him roughly 2 days to do the job. I asked him to fix the price which he refused, as he does not work to a fixed price. He did electrical work at my house and has not notified building control nor has he left the electrics in a state that it is workable as he did know what was wrong. He started a job and did not finish it and is happy to leave it for a week. I will not be using Maurice again.

Maurice is a friendly and professional Guy who does a great job. His pricing is very good and he offer,s advice with out being pushy . Will definitely use Maurice again and would recommend him to Family and friends.
