Maurice quietly and effectively went about his work and completed the essential safety check of the consumer unit, all sockets and switches inside and outside of the property. He was very thoughtful about protecting the floor by wearing over shoes, which included replacing them when he had to go outside and then came back inside. He came prepared with face mask and gloves, which he kept on the whole time. He was also careful to maintain the correct social distance at all times. When we received the final report by email, there were no surprises because he had discussed all of the issues arising with us beforehand. He made sure we understood everything.
