Michael arrived on time 9am and on the agreed date. He first made sure that the area he was going to be working in would be kept clean. He undid all the boxes containing the new gas fire, fireplace surround and hearth. Read through all the instructions for fitting etc and then proceeded to remove our existing fire etc after first of course making things gas Safe. Michael worked ALL DAY only stopping to consume his bacon Sandwiches which we provided for him! The work was done to a very high standard and we could not be more pleased. The gas certificate was then offered to us for signing off the job and Michael said that it would all be registered online in the next few days for which we would then receive confirmation by either post or email. Michael is a quiet person but is very polite and friendly and just gets on with the job. Once again my builder.com has come up trump's for us as we have used this website many times to find a suitable tradesman to do a specific job for us. We would therefore highly recommend Michael ....WELL DONE

Very reliable professional who has turned up on time and completed the work well. No corner cutting, clean and tidy worker, friendly and well priced. Will be using again for regular boiler service. Fitted my new gas log burner, reclined the chimney, serviced my boiler and replaced out of date timer and other parts. Would recommend .
