Mr Arthur did a very good job of taking the fire apart and cleaning everything including the flue outside and now my fire is working beautifully. He made very little mess and was very polite. I would recommend him to anyone.

Really really happy. Mike had really good communication prior to the job, was bang on time. Was polite and courteous. Didn’t leave until job was done and checked to make no issues. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very sound chap, went out of way to fix problem with heater even when it was presenting with massive challenges , ended up spending half of eve at mine persevering , did not even charge a penny more would highly recommend

HAD SOME MAJOR PROBLEMS GETTING A NEW PART FOR MY BOILER BUT WAS ALL DOWN TO COURIER DELAYING DELIVERY.ONCE HERE MICHAEL RE-SCHEDULED ALONG WITH US AND FITTED IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND EVEN GOT THE SPECIAL POSTAGE CHARGE REFUNDED FOR US THAT THE SUPPLIER HAD CHARGE AS IT WAS LATE👍👍👍WOULD USE AGAIN IF NEEDED FOR SURE.

The job was more complex than we first thought. Michael did a great job and was considerate and courteous and we would definitely use him again.
