We can't just recommend Mike enough! They worked very hard and each day cleaned up everything before leaving (they even folded up for us the blankets we put down on the floor). Before taking any action Mike made sure we knew what was going on and what the implications were: that meant no surprises at job finished! Mike even re-laid the insulation of our loft (which was not planned in the quote) without charging anything extra... actually we ended up paying something less because he found the materials at a slightly lower price: amazing!

MJT have done an excellent job of fitting our laminate floor. After initially rearranging the work due to Michaels van breaking down I cannot fault the work that was carried out. The job was done to a very high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would recommend without a doubt.

MJT Construction came to view the garage in the morning and called back with an acceptable quote the same afternoon. Their availability to undertake the work at such short notice and previous positive reviews won them the job, and they were on site a few days later. Michael explained the process of the work to be done very clearly and I was in no doubt that he and Ken would carry it out professionally and as described. The completed roof looks very secure and weather-proof and fits in well with the adjacent garage. The site was left extremely tidy, and I really could not be happier. Michael is a credit to the construction industry and I would highly recommend using him.

Michael replaced several rotten boards and re-felted my garage roof. He also fitted a new fascia board to the front of the garage. He did a very good job, was very punctual, tidied up after the job and charged what we had agreed. He took pictures of the job before and after he did the work and I would use him again.

Michael cleaned out the roof gulleys for me and various other bits to fix a water leakage problem I had by the rear window. Whilst doing that he discovered why I had damp patches on the ceilings of a couple of my rooms and recommended roof work. So I had him back to rake out the damaged/rotten pointing, re-flornch the chimney, point in missing mortar on tiles in the rear gulley and re-point the lead flashing. For both visits, Michael was very punctual, courteous, respectful, very helpful in doing other bits I asked him to do without any extra charge, and was very careful with everything, cleaned up immaculately after himself and really made or left no mess at all. So rare! He also took photos on his mobile before and after the work so I could see exactly what he had done. And to boot, he stuck to his estimate. A dream! I would recommend him highly to anyone.
