Mike is a very reliable worker. He was punctual and I am very pleased with the work that I've had done.

I had a quick response via text, fast decision on terms and timescales, the job was completed prior to schedule and Michael turned up at the time agreed. I was totally satisfied with his approach, workmanship and speed of turn round. Another local tradesman added to my very short list of approved members!

Michael did all the outstanding repairs within the originally quote and also included an additional repair that had not previously been seen by other builders , this was done free of charge, quite remarkable in this day and age. He confirmed the date in advance and arrived on time and undertook the work without delay, he was very personable is clearly very skilled and professional in his approach to the work. He removed debris and cleared the areas involved before leaving. I have no renovations in recommending him to users of this site or my friends Bob J

Mile came quickly to see problem and gave me his expert opinion, with an explanation of the problem he saw. He was able to come to do corrective work quickly too. Rates were not the cheapest but he gave me a guarantee that problem would be cured and I was well pleased with the overall package.

Mike has just finished making a number of repairs to the roofs of my house and two outbuildings, including repairs to leadwork, tiling and guttering. From first contact and throughout the job he has always been quick to respond to questions and diligent in keeping me up to date on progress which is really appreciated. He is clearly experienced, is comfortable with working on complex and older properties' roofs and was able to advise on what exactly needed to be done now and what could be done at a later date. The quality of his work looks good and he did everything we'd agreed, dealt with small additional work without quibble and, without asking, reduced the price for some unused materials. Given this flexibility, his experience and compared with other quotes received, I believe his price is fair - not the cheapest nor the most expensive which, for me, is just right. I don't expect any issues, but I believe him when he says 'any problems, just let me know and I'll come back to sort it'!. I will recommend Mike to friends and expect him to be high up on the list of candidates for future work.

Quoted £350 for the job. Was here for 2 hours! When I pointed out that was way over the top, he reduced it to £300. Still overpriced.

Turned up on time, job quickly done. Very efficient. Would recommend Michael.

Mike was fantastic, he came out and gave a quote and completed the works within 2 weeks to a very high standard. Mike took before and after photos so we could clearly see the works he had carried out and advised on what else we need to consider doing next. I would certainly recommend him!
