Mike was easy to communicate with via electronic media. He provided a written quote and arrived promptly at the agreed time. He has obvious experience as a roofer, and took time to explain the causes of our roof leaks, quoting from experience of similar causes of leaks. He completed the agreed work to fix our roof leaks, and to meet our requirement to separate the work into 2 jobs. Work conducted on re-fixing flashing, repair of a valley gutter, removal and replacement of roof tiles to enable repairs to underlying felt and renewal of a section of flashing. Arisings were taken away. We were flexible on timing, so work was conducted in cold, dry weather on an opportunity basis, which meant we didn’t have to incur a long lead time for work to start.
