Very quick response, was at my house within 40 minutes of replying to the job. The job wasn’t as big as initially thought, and Malcolm was very upfront about that. Went above and beyond to fix not only the actual leak, but ways to prevent it happening further, including fixing the cabinet surround and sealing the toilet to the floor, which definitely wasn’t essential to the repair. Super polite and friendly service will definitely be calling again if needed!
